Nuclear Power Plants.. Yes Or No?...
Recent studies have shown that having a nuclear power plant has its pros and cons. The pros are that its efficient and is cheaper energy and its a way to avoid war in Iraq for its oil. But the cons are that its very expensive and there is a high risk of radiation being exposed to the community if there was to be an accident or earthquake. As we have seen like in Russia a power plant blew up and many civilians were exposed to the dangerous chemicals which can lead to mutation in DNA cells and other body parts of humans and can lead to having deformities in future generations. In my opinion i say lets stay out of those risks and stay with solar energy, wind energy, and electricity.

Terrorist or Not?..
In class, we all watched a documentary about this organization called the ELF. There purpose was to stop industries cutting down trees and forest because it was wrong to cut down earth, something precious to humans. The way this group protested was very effective and they did arson's. I want to discuss about the way they protested, many people have written letters, strike out, and threaten companies to stop what they are doing. But i think that being violent with the government to fight for what you believe is right because when your having a non-violent protest the government uses force on you to stop what you are causing but i believe we should also use force on the government. I think the people are just waiting for the government to take the first blow so they can strike back with more strength.

I find it offensive and a discrimination how some people are blamed doing a crime by their skin color n way of living. Zeitoun was from Serbia and lived in New Orleans, he was there when Hurricane Katrina took place n after it he was arrested. Officers excuse is that he was that he seemed like a terrorist and a looter. Zeitoun had no justice during the whole time he was arrested with out being told why or what for, also his rights were being abused, and his religion was disrespected. I find it a wrong how individuals are being discriminated and sentenced to jail because of their skin color n religion. like zeitoun was treated cruel and his rights were being violated, it seems like the government is doing a bad job and is only focusing in the criminals ethnicity and background instead of looking into the facts of the individual.

College Inc.
People are realizing how colleges are really like now and students that graduate from colleges are disappointed because when they try to qualify for a job the owner or boss says that your not qualified to work in that job and that the college you came from is unqualified. Students should be more careful in which colleges they enroll so they wont get the wrong training and see if their college is credited by the government. I think that we as students should do something about this. We cant let colleges take our money and leave us with the wrong training. Many Students are making cases to get their money back for the fraud training those students got. I like Michael Clifford and what he does, he helps cheap colleges grow in value and he owns many colleges. This only gets more stressful for students that are trying to enroll into colleges because now colleges are raising the amount you have to pay and other colleges are lowering the amount of students that can get enrolled into colleges and the majority of students are being told that they do qualify for the college but are being put into the waiting list.

No or Yes...For Kony?...
KONY2012... I do find this message grasping my attention to help and support this program. Yet there is still questions I have of my own like whats the cause now? Where is all the money and charity going to and what is it for? As for me I would love to support those children in need of help but we really cant do much to stop this Kony guy. Yes hes an evil man and very cruel yet if we are planning to kill him or even capture him we are going to face his army, which by the way are young teens with weapons. Eventually they will defend their leader and shoot at our troops and of course we are going to end up shooting back killing those kids. There has to be a better strategy to capture and stop Kony and bring him to justice for all his crimes. For now I will not support this action till there is a better plan.

Zeitoun
While in class my classmates are told to look forward to a book that talks a little more about Hurricane Katrina. The title of the book is "Zeitoun" by Dave Eggers, it speaks about a man named Zeitoun and talks about his history and how helped those in need after the hurricane. A few of my companions thought this book wouldn't be that interesting but after reading a few pages it got us hooked to it/
